I AM STUCK BETWEEN SAMSUNG AND GAME STORES

My fridge had problems in Dec 2013 and i reported it at game westgate on 13/12/13 i got a response from Samsung and they promised to give me a new fridge since they don't have a technician who can fix the fridge, since then i haven't received the fridge, since then i have been stuck between the two companies today game will tell me they will deliver the fridge and when i inquire why i did not receive the fridge they will tell me that Samsung promised to deliver the fridge themselves, what i picked up when i went to game after they promised me the whole day that the fridge was on its way was the store doesn't want to carry the R2000.00 difference since the fridge has gone up since July 2013 and they promised they will talk Samsung and get back to me that was on the 14/07/2014 since then when i phone game inquire they promise to phone me back but they never do, and when i phone Samsung they tell me my fridge is on its way!! right now i have a fridge which is not working and i am frustrated since i don't know what to do anymore
