I have a Samsung duel view camera that I sent in for repairs, handed in at the Samsung store in Brooklyn, in August 2013. Not only have I not heard nothing back in the way of feedback, each time we call or go into the store there is the promise that we will be contact and yet we hear nothing back. This is ridiculous, I have given them the go ahead to fix the camera in August but FIVE months later I am still sitting without my camera! To top off the bad service the Store in Brooklyn gave us the number of the factory to follow up the camera ourselves, and the factory never answers their phones, their blatant refusal to do this jobs is outstanding.
