On the 8th of January I took my tablet for repairs upon my arrival I went to the reception for service and 2 ladies were on the phone, I waited for one to become available which eventually happened. After she got off the phone she completely ignored me being there and walked right passed me to the back office, I could already feel that it was the start of a very unpleasant visit. I eventually got help and was promised that a technician would call me that day and explain what was going on. I received no call, just before they closed I went there to find out the progress, upon my arrival I was told they needed parts which would take 1 to 3 days which I understood. I spoke to Collin who promised to call me when the parts arrive, I'm still waiting. When I got home I discovered 2 deep scratches on my screen protector which I luckily had on otherwise the damage would have been worse. I think getting a samsung device was one of the choices I've made as I've always had apple products. This just shows how they handle people's products and I couldn't help notice the manager constantly being called onto the floor and people complaining, that just shows their lack of professionalism and servic
