I bought new DSTV decoder from Hyper House and Home in November 2013.I called aerial king to redeem the installation voucher. The office lady that assisted with the installation was brilliant and arranged the person to install. The installer a last minute could not do the installation. After many phone calls, he arranged another person to install. Three men came over to do the installation. I watched them. The main chap was rude and very unhelpfull. First he wanted me to buy an extra bracket then pay for some fitting. Bear in mind that I have a PVR for past 8 years so I know whats required for the installation. They installed the dish exacty where the old dish was. I used the old connectors from the PVR.They connected the wiring and wanted to leave. I insisted on testing the picture and this was not their job. I did it myself anyway and the picture was unclear with the aerial. A very different installer to the one 8 years ago. No dish adjustment done. I watch TV via arieal cable so we also watch in the rooms. This ability was taken away. Installer insisted I used AV cables for clear picture and left. Vey unhappy with bad service and installer. Pls assist from to resolve to happy customer.0788041653
