SHOCKING SERVICE FOR SAMSUNG'S MISTAKE

As is well known by now the Samsung S4 battery is shockingly faulty. We have to content with a phone that turns off with over 80% battery life, & will not turn back on, is too swollen to fit beneath the cover & constantly freezes.
I was willing to accept that there was a "faulty batch of batteries" & even willing to drive through to the Samsung Brand Store in Brooklyn; however there were no batteries in stock.
I was then happy to accept this & grateful to be placed on a list for the next batch of batteries to arrive.

As I did not receive a phone call by the pre-arranged time I called & was told that there were NO batteries. Again, alright I would wait longer. Then when I finally received a phone call I was told that actually someone had told me there were NO batteries when in actual fact there WERE. In addition, the fact that I was placed on a list meant nothing & I would have to come BACK to place my name on a list AGAIN as the batteries were soon to run out & it is my problem that I cannot leave work to come & collect one of the few remaining batteries.

I cannot believe the shocking service that I have been expected to accept.

Faulty batteries and terrible service Samsung!!!
