With regards to the above concern, please be advised that I have escalated this concern to Samsung and liaised with Neo at the contact center last week. Call reference Nr: 7112206918

I requested of Neo to have his CRM contact me in regards to this concern and I am still awaiting a call from his manager. Neo did advise me that laptops only carried a warranty of a year and this issue could not be covered as the warranty had since expired. I explained to Neo that we had experienced this issue from the onset of purchasing the laptop. We did escalate this concern at the time of this happening to the game store manager. I recall someone calling me from Games stores and advising that someone from Samsung was to contact us but this never happened. I advised him that at the time of purchasing the laptop we experienced many issues with the laptop as the speaker did not work and when it did come on, it would work for a while and then just switch off indicating that this was a faulty unit,
