I bought a very expensive double/french door fridge freezer in May 2012. I have been trying to get a fridge filter since the beginning of October, with no joy. I am told that these filters are not available in S.A. The appliance I bought with having filtered water and ice in mind is not doing what it should. It has cost me time and money - phone calls to Samsung stores and Filter shops, and having to go out and buy new filter jugs. I had given my electric water filter to a family member once I received the appliance. This is totally unacceptable service from a company as well known as Samsung!
