Tip Top Electronics work with Failane Delivery Services to consumers. you buy seemingly well priced goods from Tip Top & then are informed by Fairlane that there are customs clearance charges to pay - from a company in Kimberley? Brenda from Tip top promises to refund but no money arrives. in desparation i paid the "clearance" charges to get my goods - only to be told by Fairlane that there were more charges
I paid for the goods on 6th November & I am currently almost R18k down with no goods & little likelyhood of receiving anything
