Absolute poor service

I took my son's HiFi in to TM Electronics to be repaired, as it switches off by itself. I had done some investigation on the internet and found that this was a fairly common fault and required the changing of one component. I was told that there was an assessment fee of R136.80 that was payable immediately and someone would get back to me within 4 days.

8 days later I phoned to enquire and after numerous calls, was told that I would receive a quote that afternoon (19/12/2013). Phoned on 20/12/2013 and was transferred to 3 different people before being cut off. Phoned again and was put through to a lady who informed me that she was busy with another customer and would call me back within 10 minutes. Phoned again almost 2 hours later and was told that they are busy and a technician would let me have a quote this afternoon. This is the WORST service you can possibly give.
