I work for NHLS as an IT technician and one of my users who's a medical Doctor purchased a Samsung note book N 9 series, On its arrival the note book's Wi-Fi device was not functioning I called Samsung support who then troubleshoot the problem and concluded it needs to be booked-in for repairs with their 3rd party Infrasol. Also, Samsung helpdesk advised that this is a common problem with these latest notebooks.
Collection of the laptop was made on the 12.11.2013 by Infrasol who is third party repairer for Sumsang. Today is the 20th of December and still have not received the Laptop. It's been promises after promises from Samsung supervisors Thabo Letwaba and Infrasol supervisor Sylvester Maake and Infrasol drivers calling me to tell me they are on their way to deliver.
I can't wait any longer for this Laptop can somebody Help resolve this!!! Samsung is not a good product for business. They not reliable.
