I booked online for a technician to come to my place to give me a quote on my tumble dryer on 02/12/2013, the booking was for 19/12/2013 in the afternoon. Seeing as both my husband and myself work more than an hour away from home, i put in a half days leave for the afternoon, as the site asks when would suite you to have someone come over. I received an SMS and email stating that a technician will contact me on the day before coming to my premises.By 16:30 I phoned the office number in the SMS and the phone only rings and then goes to a voice mail stating to leave your name, number and reason for call and one of their busy consultants will get back to me.By 17:30 no one came back to me so i phones again, this time it went through to the same voice mail without ringing. At 17:45 the technician (who did not give his name) contacted me and said he will have to come tomorrow as he is in PTA and tried to contact me (with no voice mail, SMS notification or missed calls on my side) i then told him i had to put in a half days leave and the phone went dead and i was unable to reach him again after 3 attempts. No voice mail service on his side only MTN SMS notification. Terrible service!
