Non service by a nominated installe

I purchased a DSTv decoder on Sunday, 8 December and made a booking for installation on the same day. Yesterday (Tues 17 Dec), after not hearing anything either from Ellies or an Installer I contacted the Call Centre and was told they would locate an installer and get back to me in 10 mins. This did not happen. So today, Wed 18 Dec I contacted the Call Centre again. This time they gave me the name of an Installer by the name of Kenneth who would install my satellite dish today. I then contacted Kenneth and arranged for him to come at 5 this evening. I then sms'd my address details and confirmed the time. This was at 11:57. I phoned Kenneth at 17:05 to inform him I was at home. He said he would come. At 17:53 I called him again to find out if he was coming and he told me he was stuck in traffic in Randburg but was on his way. It is now 19:52 and I have not heard a word from Kenneth.
What makes me so livid is that I left work 15 min earlier to ensure I was home on time. Kenneth had 3 opportunities to either cancel or postpone but he didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to do so. If this is the calibre of person working for ElSat I guess my satellite dish won't get installed
