My Samsung washing machine broke while under warrantee. I sent it to one of their repair centers and said I could not find my proof of purchase. They checked with Samsung by the serial number and where told it is under warrantee. Spares were not available for it, so they could not fix it and Samsung would exchange the unit or refund me I explained the, not being able to find proof of purchase, to the Samsung warrantee department and was told no proof no refund or exchange. I realize the loss of purchase slip is my fault, but the fact that it is under warrantee and they are not prepared to help is frustrating. Do they think I it. As this has been going on for over four months, I stupidly purchased another Samsung washing machine and then a Samsung tumble dryer. When these break I will not be replacing them with Samsung
