We bought a Samsung combo washing machine last year July, the machine started giving us problems about a month ago. We called the call center for someone to come and see what might be the problem, our tumble dryer is not warming up. The first technician said that it is the tumble dryers thermostats and that it need to be replaced, a week went by when another technician came out he didn't even know why he's there at our premises just that he needs to check our machine but the previous day they had phoned us and said that there technicians are coming to replace the thermostats tomorrow, the technician said that the machine only needs to be reset ed and that there's nothing wrong with it, and so he went off, the tumble dryer is still not working, please can someone get back to me this is really now getting a bit frustrating.
