We opened a Maxis in Secunda at the end of Nov 2012 in Secunda. Accordingly to Maxis head office we were obliged to buy our neon Signs from ALITE Signs. tel no: 0116803328 The signs did carry a 1 year guarantee on it. This signs broke several times and ALITE refuses to come and repair it. Even MAXIS Head Office got fed up with them and even ask an other company at Maxis cost to come and repair it. We reported it again on 22 SEPTEMBER 2013 AND IT IS STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED. A-LIT REFUSES TO COME AND REPAIR IT, BECAUSE MAXIS H/O CANCELLED THEIR CONTRACT, EVEN IF IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE. I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND A-LITE AS A SERVICE PROVIDER OF NEON SIGNS!!
