My Samsung S4 is 3 months old and the phone dies and battery is suddenly as 0%???
I phoned Cell C whom I got the phone from and they want to book the phone in for 7-10 working days. That is ridiculous!!!
Samsung you have to get your product together and send out new batteries to the mobile phone company branches as it will be them who will get all of the complaints. Get stock to your stockists so that the problem can be fixed IMMEDIATELY. That way your customers will not get so furious and may give your product a chance!!! Or if you have stock urge your stockists to get S4 batteries in store to help your customers.
I agree with so many other complaints I should have gotten the IPHONE. Highly disappointing!!!
I will think twice now before buying ANY ANY ANY ANY samsung product!!!
