Faulty new Samsung TVs - well known on/off problem

I purchased a top of the range Samsung 55 inch TV from Makro in Woodmead. Within days of professional installation the TV was turning on and off all the time. I was advised to change my Explora decoder (also purchased through Makro). This was a mission. Still the TV goes on and off. I have called the installation company Bling (Makro's preferred installer) out 4 times at R350 per time (that is when they bother to respond to a booking). 3 months later and still not able to watch TV and paying - R750 p.m to Mnet, I turned to google and found 1000s of complaints and U tube videos on exactly the same problem I am experiencing. There is a well know defect that Samsung are fully aware of (and I'm sure Makro are too) where their power supply capacitors and motherboard are faulty. There is a class action in the USA against Samsung where people like myself have spent R1000's trying to get a problem fixed that Makro and Samsung are well aware of... Both Makro and Samsung are willfully selling faulty goods to consumers without a care in the world. I now have to pay again for un-installation and re-installation and hope that Makro fix my TV without complaints. Samsung and Makro have cost me
