I bought a Samsung s4 on 02.07.2013. After using the phone for 3 months, the battery life was maximum 20 minutes. I decided to take it in on 17.10.2013 and the consultant confirmed the battery was swollen and that was the problem. After waiting a month, I followed up to find that my phone had been sent back with the screen being replaced and no battery. I still have not received my phone or any help. I also have 3 friends who had Samsung S4's and all of them broke!! So clearly this is a problem phone. I am still paying for this rubbish phone I don't have! I have lost all my faith in Samsung. Today is 29.11.2013 and I still do not have my phone! Poor service and broken products seems to be the standard of Samsung.
