Poor product quality!!

I took a cellphone from CellC, it was a Samsung S3 mini. When I started using the phone it had a complete line of dead pixels on the left hand side of the screen, the mobile data would stop working by itself and you had to turn the phone of and on again to fix and the some thing to fix it only making calls when it wanted.

This is my fist Samsung phone and I have always thought their products to be of high quality, we have Samsung TV, Washing Machines, Home theater systems.

Now the supplier refuses to acknowledge these faults for reason to swap it out because they say there is nothing wrong with the phone after their "TESTS".

This is the last Samsung product I will buy in my life because all of the fighting that Samsung's poor manufacturing has caused and all the time wasted is not worth it.
