Warranty but no Service

I bought a Samsung Washing machine from Makro Stubensvalley in July 2012. On 10th Dec 2012 this machine developed problems. I phoned Makro on 12th Dec to report it and they said a technician from Samsung would contact me to arrange on-site repairs. Well, this is where the circus started. Someone phoned two days later to arrange to come fix. Did not turn up. I phoned the Samsung call centre and again they promised to send someone. Someone phoned and arranged a day but yet again, no-one turned up. This carried on for 5 WEEKS of me phoning and they promising but nothing happened. Eventually a guy by the name of Charles from Samsung phoned and promised to come fix. I waited at home but, guess what, no show. After 5 Weeks without a washing machine I had it repaired by someone else. Lo and behold, someone from Samsung phones me again to arrange to come fix on which I told them that I'm handing this matter over to my lawyer. This is when a Mr Jeffrey from Samsung phones me and tells me this service is unacceptable and I should write everything down and he'll investigate. I did and sent it off on the 18th Jan. Guess what? Haven't heard a word from him even after 2 more attempts for answers
