My Samsung S4 from Cell C has developed software issues. Cell C and the Samsung agent (User Electronics) agreed that i take it directly to the agent. It has been 4 weeks and it is still not fixed. User Electronics has not once called me with feedback. Everytime i call them they say maybe next week and that some hardware is on order. I called for the 5th time and they now say maybe next week, which will be 5 weeks.
My Job number is 14855.
I wish that either Cell C, Samsung or User Electronics replace my phone with a brand new one. I am paying for something that has a pathetic back up service from Samsung. Samsung and CellC need to investigate the agent and and decide if User Electronics should be representing them.
