Shocking service from Samsung

I have a Samsung s3 phone.

The phone stopped charging.
I call the so called Samsung Smart Care Centre-Durban

I confirmed that they have stock to repair my phone and they said yes.

I than go and book the phone in with them yesterday and get promised that I could collect my phone At
10 am this morning.

I have called 4 times this morning to check if its ready and only to be told on the 4th call that they have no stock??? /

I guess not such a smart care centre by SAMSUNG!

By the way avoid the phone. All over the internet it seems to be a problem phone with lack of service!
