It's now exactly a month!!! We took in a Tab 3 for a screen to be replaced after SAMSUNG recommented them. When I phoned they told me it would be repaired within 3 working days, we paid cash the same day we took the phone in, I phoned a few days later and they told me Samsung don't have stock, when I phoned again they told me they did receive some of the stock they will go and check and get back to me. I phoned again then they told me Samsung is busy with stock take and don't send out any stock they will phone me once they heard from Samsung. Not ONCE did they phone me to give me feedback on the progress, I had to phone every time with a promise that they will phone me back and they never do!!! Most of the time they don't even answer their phones!!!
I sure hope that Samsung DOES NOT refer any more clients to them!!!
