Hi
I have had a bad experience with sony xperia z where the screen cracked for no apparent reason, I have complained about this before and been through every avenue to get some assistance in getting the screen repaired from SONY to the cell phone supplier MTN, I have notice more people are having the same issue.
Why is Sony not taking any responsibility for what is clearly a faulty product, can some please advise me from Sony why is this been done. I want my phone repaired as I did not damage the phone as been claimed by MTN.
