UNRELIABLE REPAIRS

I RECENTLY BOUGHT 2 SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 FOR ME AND MY WIFE AND MY WIFE'S PHONE STARTED GIVING HER PROBLEMS THE BATTERY DID NOT LAST SHE HAD TO CHARGE 3 TIMES A DAY AND WHEN SHE CHARGES IT WILL TAKE 10MINUTES FOR THE BATTERY TO BE FULL, WE TOOK IT TO CONSTANTIA SERVICE CENTRE WHICH A WEEK TO GET A MAIN BOARD, THE MAIN BOARD AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED. NOW MY PHONE WHICH IS LESS THAN 6MONTHS OLD HAS STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS I TOOK IT IN TO CONSTATIA LAST WEEK TUESDAY THE MAIN BOARD AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACE BUT WEDNESADAY I WAS BACK AT CONSTATIA WITH A LOW BATTERY AT 12PM WHEN MY PHONE WAS REMOVED FROM THE CHARGER AT 7AM THEY REPLACED RUDOLF REPLACED THE BATTERY AGAIN TODAY I WENT BACK THERE AS THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED I CHARGE MY PHONE TWICE PER DAY I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MY BLACKBERRY THAT IAM STILL USING WHEN MY NEW SAMSUNG BATTERY DIES, RUDOLF AT CONSTANTIA HAS REQUESTED A SERVICE EXCHANGE UNIT THAT WILL TAKE 5 WEEKS I CANT WAIT 5 WEEKS FOR PHONE A REPLACEMENT PHONE, THEN I CALLED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICES I SPOKE TO NORA REF: 7112152459 SHE REFEREED ME TO HER SUPERVISOR MR LEDWABA THAT CALLED ME BACK AND HE SAID HE CANT HELP ME.THIS IS SO PATHETIC.
