Miele Jhb are awesome, they have replaced my 8yr old Nespresso machine after phenomenal service, follow up calls and emails and trying to sort out issue with the machine. Lerato in the service department is certainly an asset to the company! I am blown away that this level of service still exists! Thank you from A Miele customer forever! Debbie Nicoll
