NO SERVICE RECEIVED

My Samsung Galaxy s4 was handed in at the Samsung Care Centre Roodepoort on Monday 4 November 2013, we were told that they would receive the parts on Tuesday 05 November 2013. On Wednesday 6 November I phoned to ask how far the repairs were, and was told that they were still waiting for parts, I then asked how long this would take and the answer was that they do no know. I asked to be called back before close of business which still did not happen. I then phone today 7 November and asked to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting. I phoned back again and was told that the managers line was down. When I asked how long my phone would still be, I was told that they have not allocated the parts that was received, and they can not give me an eta. I will never buy Samsung again, and will be getting rid of all the samsung products we currently have. Not even anybody at the Samsung Care line, phones back, after I was promised this.
