Im sorry to say but this is the second faulty Samsung tv that I have bought. You buy a new unit that costs an arm and a leg only for it to be faulty when you want to now sit down and enjoy it. And then the nightmare starts when you have to now start dealing with call centers and fighting for your moneys worth! I am now sick and tired of this and unless something is done about this I will no longer be sapporting Samsung. I have supported Samsung all my life. And then they have the cheek to tell you they will repair it for you when the unit is brand new and but doesn't work properly. So you must pay full price and get a second hand tv. Looks like it is becoming a trend with samsung.
