As per my appointment I dropped off my MacBook Pro to have all the software removed and reinstalled ( as I had been told that there appeared to be an error with my software installation). This was at the Sandton Drive store at 9am on Tuesday 5 November. I was told by 'Carl' that my computer would be ready in about 2 hours and that he would load everything and give me a call. I signed a piece of paper and was not given a job number of any sort and basically no record of handing over my computer.
After 4 hours I called the call center and spoke with Charlene to confirm whether my computer was in fact ready or not. She then tried for some time to get hold of the store only to be told that they had no job number for my MacBook but that the technician was still busy with it and that he would give me a call when it was done.
It has now been 27 hours and I still have not heard from anyone other than Charlene's last call.
