How long does SAMSUNG really need before they can give any feedback to their clients. I was told of a 7/10day working period not more but its almost a month and I'm still waiting for an email or person to let me know whether my battery has arrived or not, as I'm tired of hearing the same story everytime that there's a large amount of stock they are waiting for in repairs department and can't say when it will arrive. I'm not happy with this client service at all.
