Good resolution of my problem

After complaining on Hellopeter on 10/10 I emailed my complaint to Technifix. Thereafter I received a very pleasing response from Altaf @ Technifix. Where they undertook to send through a technician to assess the damage done to my washing machine. I was kept updated by Mary. After the assessment the parts needed were ordered and fitted last thursday 17/10.
