A few days ago, our brand new washing machine broke. We contacted Hyperama who in turn contacted Samsung. Samsung phoned me and I explained that it was the dial to drain the washing machine that broke. They knew exactly what to bring. They finally pitch up today, and without the correct spares. Now it costs us R100 per day to go to a laundromat. Who is going to refund that??? And all because Samsung was unprepared!!!
