I feel compelled to provide feedback:

I bought a BOSCH fridge freezer in Sept 2011 from Tafelberg furnishers in Cape Town. Would just like to provide some feedback on the quality of the product.

Within 3 months one of the trays broke when my wife tried to remove it in the freezer. The front transparent cover snapped in half with not too much pressure.

With the delivery already the front was dented. We soon discovered why it damages so easily. The skin is so thin that it is ever so easy to dent. One day my son had the fridge open and was tapping on the door with his fingers. Too our dismay there was a few dents. I kid you not. It is so thin you can press dents with your fingers.

The BOSCH label on the front of the appliance is a stick on and soon came off.

On the plus side the unit really cools. We have tried to set it higher, but sometimes it still freezes items in the fridge division.

I am sorry to say that I bought the fridge just for the name, but I am sorry I went for the BOSCH due to the quality.

So to all those who are wanting to invest in an appliance I would rather look elsewhere.

Just my 2 cents worth. I have not contacted BOSCH since it is just a quality issue.
