About a month ago i took my samsung note 2 galaxy phone for fixing at 770 Jacqueline Drive at Garsfontien, Pretoria. The only problem with the phone that i have bought less than a year ago with fnb was that it was not responding to any charger. I was told by samsung that they will fix it under warranty and there will not be any fees charged. I recieved my phone back and it functions very well when it comes to charging. But upon receipt I noticed that I cannot answer incoming calls because the answer button does not work at all. The phone rings but i cannot answer it because of the answer button that does not respond. I called samsung to report the problem and now they tell me of fees that I am going to be charged because apparently the particular problem is not covered under warranty and I need to pay the charges, which i feel is ridiculous because samsung is the reason why the answer button is now not working in the first place. I am sick of samsung and want a device that is worth the money i am paying cos at the present moment my galaxy note is not a phone but just a device and i bought a phone not a toy.
