Poor service delivery

My Samsung laptop, purchased in February 2013, crashed for no apparent reason on 3rd September. The technicians at Incredible Connection (where it was purchased) were able to recover my data - thank goodness - and the machine was sent to the supplier, Samsung, for repair. It was found to be a hard drive issue (?) which was covered by warranty, and though IC has been great at updating me as to the whereabouts of my laptop, Samsung have yet to return it after 22 days! I have not been offered any replacement for the interim, no explanation as to why it is taking this long or any answers as to how much longer it will take. This is unacceptable service and highly frustrating!
