Faulty Wireless Router and USB Adaptor - Follow Up

I sent the faulty devices back to TP-Link SA at a cost of R150 to me. They tested the products for over a week and finally agreed that they were faulty. They agreed to send me replacements. I received the new goods and guess what... They also did not work. Other people in my office also complained about their TP-Link products continuously dropping the connection. I have now bought a new Huawei router and it works 100%. No reboots needed.
There is an app on the Apple App store called "Reboot for TP-Link router. You will need to use this app 50 times a day to reboot your router if you buy from TP-Link.
What an unpleasant experience with TP-Link SA. They only communicate via email when it suits them. They do not even have a tel number. I guess because of all the complaints that they would receive about their products.

If you need an always on internet connection, I strongly suggest that you DO NOT buy a TP-Link product. You will just end up pulling your hair out!!

I am now very happy with my new Huawei Router... I can finally get some work done. And best of all... I have not had to reboot it once.
