Hi. My name is Riyad. I received great service from A & S Wholesalers but courier service used is completely useless, "The Courier Guy". I ordered my item on the 10th September 2013 and payment was received immediately. I left a customer note saying " Hi, Delivery to my home address can only be made after 3 pm, Thanks." I received a phone call from the courier at 11:11 am on the 16 September 2013 saying there is someone outside my house to deliver my parcel and I told the lady there is nobody at home now I will only be home at 3 pm and she said she will send someone at 3 pm but nobody pitched up. I called her at 4 pm to find out if someone is on their way with my parcel and she said she was going to send someone now but again nobody came to deliver my parcel. I have never experienced such bad service from a courier service in my life and this will make me think twice about buying from any store that uses The Courier Guy courier service.
