Went to great length to rectify a complaint

I posted a Makro complaint on 9 Aug 13 regarding an incorrect DSTV add which indicated DSTV PVR including installation. The add was confusing and incorrect. Initially Makro tried to hide behind fine print and terms & conditions in the original reply. I then took some time to give them a detailed account what happened to Makro, and Kaveen Jimmy at Blingstallation, since there is not enough space in HelloPeter website.

After that, 3 People went to great lengths to rectify this matter, and did an installation with the PVR as I understood the add to indicate.

The 3 people are Jay Reddy from Makro, and Kaveen Jimmy Dean Venter from Blingstallation, who does Makro customers DSTV installations.

I was very pleased with the outcome, and the lengths these 3 people went to, to address my complaint. The installation was very well done and I will definately use Blingstallation again in future as I see their pricing structure for installations as fair. I also like how all costs are agreed upon upfront, before installation starts. I think they are excellent.

I appreciate the trouble you went to to resolve this. Also txs to Donovan who did the installation.
