I have reported a fault with my Samsung 7kg F/L via Game Zevenwacht. (barcode: 08808993043378)
Liptronics / Samserve technicians visited my home on Thursday 22 Aug for an assessment and then conducted the repairs on Saturday (24 Aug.)
The problem persists and the machine is not in the condition that they found it in. The flap / door to access the debris filter at the bottom left does not close and there is a section on the inside which is now unfastened.
I have tried to reach Liptronics but to no avail.
This does now mean that a third visit to my home is due which does inconvenience me as I do not work in the area nor is someone home during the day.
As of 5th September, I have still not heard from the repairers. I have paid for a Samsung washing machine which I cannot use.
Game Store Zevenwacht sales manager (Eileen Davids) has been the only one following up, no word from SAMSUNG SA.
It is the secound product I have purchased from Samsung which has failed within months after purchase date. That fault was also poorly handled and came at a loss of income to me.
