Failure to honour Warranty

In June my washing Machine (Samsung Eco Bubble 7kg) broke down. Showing error on each wash. Samsung Service Agent came out 2 times and could not fix the machine. The service agent ProLad Electronics promised that if they dont fix it on the second attempt then they would exchange the machine, however 3 months later we still havent received our exchange.

When you call the Service agent ProLad Electronics they tell you that they have requested the exchange and that Samsung is delaying and when you call Samsung they tell you that the Service agents ProLad Electronics say that there was no fault found with the machine.

Today I was called by another Samsung agent and he wanted to send a service agent out for the 3rd time... Can you believe this!! After explaining to him that the agent tried to fix the machine and didnt come right he promised to call them and then come back to me with feedback, but guess what... No call back!!!

This is very bad service and I will never buy a Samsung appliance after this experience
