I had my S4 Galaxy for 4 months and the speaker was faulty. I took my S4 into the Samsung Service Centre in Boksburg to have it repaired. I was informed that it will take two to three days to repair. I had to call the call centre to find out if my phone has been repaired only to be told that the whole main board needed to be replaced of which they had no stock. This would take a couple of week to get into stock. I received a call from them on Friday to inform me that the parts have arrived and I must bring my phone in to complete the repairs. I went in on Wednesday to deliver my phone for the repairs to be done and I was then informed that there are no parts. How can i get a call to bring in my phone and when i do get told that they work on a first come first serve basis. I have incurred time and cost to get there with a product problem and still this remains my problem.
