Paid LG twice for repair but appliance not fixed

My LG washing machine that I use at my Holiday Apartment had stopped working in December 2012. I had called the LG support desk and I was informed that a consultant would come and look at the machine. After investigating the problem I was instructed to deposit -R1 000 into the LG bank account for the parts and labour and that the problem would be addressed. In April of this year I had arrived at the apartment only to find that the appliance was still not working. I went through the process and asked to pay more money over to LG for repairs. Upon arriving at the apartment in July I had discovered that the appliance was still not fixed after paying for repairs twice. I am very annoyed that the appliance is still not fixed after paying for repairs twice and being told that the appliance is fixed.
