I received a Samsung washing machine in 2011 September which was a wedding gift. The machine started making noise when spinning. I called Samsung same time last year and they sent a person out. They were quiet for a whole 6 months until I called and they told me the machine must be returned to Hirsch's where the machine was bought. Needless to say Hirsch's refused to take back the machine and they said they would call Samsung to get the machine sorted, Samsung have been to my residence twice to fix the machine and they had promised that the machine would be picked up on Monday 26th of August. I heard from them this morning asking whether the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I am wondering why even bother asking, surely their technician would have informed them as such. Now between Hirsch's and Samsung, someone is passing the buck wanting the warranty to expire which is wrong, I have had several reference numbers, the latest being 4137882384. Please cut the nonsense and let me know whether or not you intend to fix my machine or you just want to sit out the warranty.
