I was standing in line at makro woodmead with my boyfriend waiting to pay for the blingstallation voucher and the new decoder and another customer told us not to bother with them because they are useless and lots of other things negative about their services.
I told my boyfriend to leave the voucher and use someone else but he is as stubborn as a mule and said that he will judge for himself and if he is messed around he will them:-)
so, installation complete and my experience is nothing short of the best service experience in a long long time. Ellies did our installation about 5 years ago and they were so unprofessional and just useless. blingstallation was really good and they new what they were doing. the technical person and his assistance worked professionally.
yes, they charged us for extra work like other people have complained in hellopeter about but this was because we asked for extra work.
