despite numerous emails promising delivery by the 16th Feb 2013. In addition, they do NOT allow discussion telephonically on exisiting orders. This is entirely unacceptable. They are earning interest on my money while i am inconvenienced by non-delivery, non-communication and complete lack of interest on behalf of IGEAR. especially the owner nicole
