I'm very pleased to say that Bosch certainly do give great service. Their applicances are fantastic but what's even better is the service. I've had to have a stove, oven and now extractor replaced. The stove and oven were replaced relatively quickly but the extractor has taken weeks. That said however, Bosch didn't argue - I submitted proof of fault and they have agreed to the replacement, plus the necessary re-installation. I'm impressed since I am not confident all other manufacturers would have done this. Perhaps the reason you may more is not only for quality but the assurance you're buying a trusted brand which in the event of a fault, the peace of mind knowing it will be replaced is something that's an added benefit too.
