Our washing machine went to PMC in May because I was receiving an error code, they collected the machine and came back saying a sock was removed from the drain pump plus replaced a damaged pump motor, all costing R393.75. In July less than 2 months later the same error code appeared on the machine, and part of a sleeve of a childs shirt was torn off, clearly showing that the machine was not serviceable. PMC again came to collect my machine, the machine was returned with no fault found and a further charge of R190 for collection. the very next time i used the machine 2 days after receiving the machine back from PMC the same error code was displayed, the machine was clearly not fixed even though it went to PMC twice and twice paid for! I called another electronics company who came to my house and repaired my machine in font of me. He removed both pump motors which were both the original motors, the one was supposedly changed by PMC and charged for, plus they removed the partial sleeve from the machine. I called PMC to complain for their shocking service/repair work but to no avail they are not prepared to own up instead just argued with me, never again will i use their services.
