Microwave lamp went out. Manual of product gave no clue as to what to do.
Contacted LG Support line. Got passed to local shops that are unwilling to offer new part if I didn't buy at their premises.
Why on earth is LG dealing with Sabi Repair Centre who don't want to answer the phone for 2 hours, then are rude and slam the phone down?
LG Lifestyle in Canal Walk don't want to deal with you if you didn't buy the product there. They also have no stock of parts anyhow.
Back to LG, with the operator who can't manage the telephone. Finally technical who don't know about parts.
Promises from LG to call back that never happen.
We're on the verge of dumping the fairly new LG for another brand just to avoid the hassle. We shouldn't have to spend a whole day on a simple part!
