Losing Faith

It has been 8 weeks without a washing machine. Phoned Samsungs call centre to get a preferred service centres phone nr to get my machine fixed, they supplied with a nr for a company by the name of PRO LAD who came to see whats wrong with the machine. They gave me a quote and I accepted, were suppose to come the next week to fix but had a problem with the parts. Since then cant get hold of them not returning my calls and has been left in the dark. Phoned Samsung again could not get any joy, asked for the HOD customer service His name apparently is Eben also not returning calls that has been left at his office and on his cell. Was told to phone 0115491700 spoke to Esrom still no joy gave me the runaround to find out if they have spares for my machine. totally lost faith in any Samsung Product. please people dont buy any samsung product their aftersales service is going for a ball of s... be assurde that you will end up sourcing spares and even fix your equipment yourself. Come on Samsung time to wake up and smell the coffee
