The Samsung galaxy ace that i received on contract had problems and it was not even a year old. My phone showed a black screen in the centre and the touch screen stopped working completely. I had given it in for repairs at Vodacare in Pretoria, Hatfield. I received the phone a month later and it had still not been repaired. Only after giving it in the second time was it repaired. The screen was replaced and so was the touch panel but after the repairs the phone still had problems. At present the touch screen still has problems: it selects points that I have not touched on the screen and leads to messages and phone calls that i did not intend on making. I have heard from many people that Samsung products have problems. I did not believe this until i experienced this first hand. I am very unhappy with the level of service of Vodacare and I also question the quality of Samsung products.
